If we are able to re-let the accommodation, no additional charge will be incurred. Therefore it is very important to notify us immediately by phone to enable us to implement alternative letting. We reserve the right to charge full cost (less breakfast) if we have been unable to re-let the accommodation. I hasten to add that we have never had to do this however, we do advise guests to take out Travel Insurance to cover this eventuality. This also applies to 'no-shows' and holiday curtailments.Non-availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accomodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would make every effort to offer you alternative accomodation. However, if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
